Here is our 1st of three stills. Single Malt Whiskey, Dry London Gin, rum and tequila, are the next for our product releases. |
This 350 gallon pot still is from Surrey England. I built the column
and worm myself. When the still is running tropical aromas fill the
still room like coconut, banana and pineapple, even though we only
use corn and barley malt. Go figure.
